Supply list:

**Laptop computer with the latest version of Art and Stitch loaded. Trial version available at http://download.artandstitch.com/dwnldform.htm. Important note: Trial version is just fine for class. You do NOT need an activated version to participate. You can use all the tools within Art and Stitch but you will not be able to save what you create with the trial version.

Do this at least a week BEFORE class: You will not be able to download the latest version during class. You must send an email to Art and Stitch to request the trial version and this can take a few days.

Wired mouse. Drawing with the small cursor pad on a laptop is difficult and the teacher can help you more easily if you have a mouse. Wired to prevent your mouse and another student's mouse from “talking” to each other.

Paper and pencil for note taking.

Warning:  If you bring your Pro-Stitcher tablet to take this class you must bring both a mouse and the keyboard that came with your tablet. Please take the time to test that both the mouse and the keyboard work with the tablet in advance of class. Even with these two additions, you will be at a disadvantage because of the small size of the screen.

Please be aware that there will be no technical assistance available to help you with computer issues. You are responsible for having a working computer with the program correctly loaded, updated, and ready to use.
